“All things were created through Him, and apart from Him not one thing was created that has been created.” John 1:3

At the very core, foundation, hear and basis for everything is that ALL THINGS ARE CREATED BY GOD! Not evolution or anything else. Once there was nothing & then God created everything.

When we are connected to God we too are creative, but apart from Him our creativity is reduced to zero. Wild, wonderful, inspired ideas, songs, music, art, visions, companies, strategies, solutions, all come to mind easily when we are connected to God, but Apart from Him we are in the dark.

As personalities, once we were not – we did not exist. But now we do – self aware and able to be creative, like God.

This is the great gift of the Father to us – to exist with free will & become creative with Him, through being connected with Jesus Christ.

    Everyone is in a race to beat time trying to find the elixir of youth, prolong aging and finding a way to extend life into eternity. Scientists round the clock are working on these very issues.

    What they don’t know is that they are wasting their time. Eternity is not to be found in science or biology because it is a matter of sin that prevents us from living for eternity. We will never be able to take a pill or discover a way to prevent death because death is only overcome by belief in Jesus and turning from sin. Eternal life is gift…and only through Jesus, not science are we able to have life eternal.

    Really??

    We are ALL created in the image of God. We are ALL creative beings. Granted that in our daily walk with God we get inspired, receive insight, focus our creative energy and can do “wild, wonderful, inspired” things. But even those who are not consciously connected to God, those away from church, those who declare themselves atheist or agnostic can create.

    A walk through any art gallery, museum or concert hall is testament to many “wild, wonderful, inspired” creations than man has painted, hewn or penned.

    We are creative simply because God has made us so.

    • Thanks for the feedback John. You’re right, we are all creative and I agree our creativity doesn’t stop even when we may be disconnected from God. In the effort to keep my blogs short I am prone to talk in more absolute statements that do require a higher level of qualification. I’ll renew the effort to dial back the unqualified statements. Probably should have said ‘our God inspired creativity is reduced to zero’. Always wanting to learn to get better at communicating. Thanks again.

    Your blogs are an inspiration, when ever there something going on your blog appears and gives me hope. I love your perspective on creation how God started with nothing and turned it into something. I believe that’s what God has done with us turned our lives into “something”.     Just wanna ask you what the title of that music on your Youtube video was, the one on “Creativity” that you posted at the beginning of this post.. it’s the kinda music i’d love to have around when I’m praying.
