ESV Translation says , in context, “God shall arise, his enemies shall be scattered; and those who hate him shall flee before him!…….”
Is context important? Is exegesis to be encouraged rather than eisegesis? It’s God who arises, God who scatters. Pastors should delight when their sheep read the Word in the context that is clearly delivered in the text.

Thank you pastor Phil! Your posts never fail to inspire and reveal the truth in the word! A Word in season that speaks to my life through my little iPhone screen in the middle of the night.
