This is the day

Standard

This is the day the Lord has made, we will be glad and rejoice in it.” Psalm 118:24

Today has been made by God. Believe it and you’ll see it! Name you day as ‘made by God’, not the devil, not people, enemies or economy, but God!

Many of us are waiting for our good days to come. Don’t put off being glad, waiting for your day. Today is made by God. See the good things in today.

Joy is a decision! It doesn’t always just come to us. Our joy in life is not based on what happens. We can choose to be happy ‘in spite’ of what is happening. Every day is “this” day, not just Friday or Saturday.

Everyday is made by God for you to rejoice in somehow, someway.

Be Blessed!

I love this! I have seen so many christians just of late being knocked off their stools by the smallest things. It’s explained as ” the enemy ‘s attacking me” followed by long intense warfare with lots of tears and heartache and ‘wow is me!’. We give the enemy power he doesn’t actually have over us…God has made each of our days and we are victors in Christ. Why do people spend so much energy fighting a foe that’s already been defeated?! We CAN choose to stand on the promises of God, declare His wrod into every situation and be joyous not matter what we are facing. That’s what Jesus did in the desert…countered every attack of the enemy with the word of God and instantly the enemy knew he was defeated and moved on…we too can counter with scripture and move on in joy because “this is the day the Lord has made!” Thanks Ps Phil

Here’s to walking in victory today! Thanks for your inspiring talk this morning. I love that God is ‘not a tame lion’!

Love to read this most artistic yet filling my soul blog. Heavens! Will we have the luxury of having all these published as a devotion book some day?
