John 12:24 Most assuredly, I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the ground and dies, it remains alone; but if it dies, it produces much grain.
This point is without argument – There is no other way to fruitfulness. We cannot maximize our potential unless we die to ourselves – our own agenda, our own self-oriented lifestyles. No-one enjoys the times of downward mobility, then being ‘buried’, then especially ‘dying!’ However, this process can be the greatest moment of our lives because only in dying to ourselves is our potential in Christ discovered.
None of us are designed to produce nothing. All of us are designed to produce something. But the pathway is the same as a natural seed. We must be planted, buried & die to ourselves in that place.
Lay down your life & pick up the cross and follow Him.

Thanks a timely message. I am laying down my life some days are harder than most. But carrying the cross knowing I am walkign closer to a path within his Heart makes it all worth it . Reading this message every so often helps me to keep my prioroties straight . Thanks for the reminder it is a cross we are carrying.
